Manny is recognized as one of Canadas top entrepreneurs having recently being named both BC Entrepreneur of the Year and Canadian Angel Investor of the year. Manny is the founder of New Avenue Capital (NAC), a private family office that brings together financial, human and impact capital for high growth companies. He currently manages a portfolio of 40+ companies with 23+ exits. Manny is also the co-founder of RiseTech Capital, a capital pool company established with some of Canada’s top business leaders that gives tech companies an alternative way to raise capital and go public.

Donald has over 20 years experience in the dental industry including senior executive positions with Etkon USA, Institut Straumann AG, Biomet Orthopedics, Biomet 3i and DenMat. During his time as Head of North American Operations for Straumann CAD/CAM, Donald built a world class manufacturing center and as VP of Laboratory and Technology at DenMat, managed over 180 employees and delivered yearly revenue of $24 million USD and multi-million-dollar margin improvements.

David Miller brings over 30 years of operational management, leadership, financial strategy, and implementation experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at SIG. Tasked with leading improvement initiatives and executing plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives, David's dynamic leadership and comprehensive expertise are pivotal in enhancing SIG's operational capabilities.

Throughout his distinguished career, David has spent over 35 years at DSG/NDX, the largest dental lab network globally, where he played a crucial role in both their Canadian and U.S. operations. His exceptional ability to merge technology with operational enhancements has consistently driven growth and increased efficiencies. Now at SIG, David's proven track record in managing large-scale operations, fostering team development, and seamlessly integrating acquisitions positions him as a key driver of the company's continued growth and success.
