Vancouver, BC, November 1, 2019 — Smile Innovations Group (SIG) today announced the acquisition of JT Ceramics, effective November 1, 2019. JT Ceramics will operate under Smile’s primary lab, Shanto Dental Ceramics, acquired in 2018.

JT Ceramics has shown consistent growth within their last several years of operation. This marks a major accomplishment in the laboratory business, given the rapid evolution of technology and competitive environment. The lab has built an attractive client base, due to both reputable quality and service levels offered. Smile will continue these expectations for existing and new customers.

With the rapid growth SIG, and its subsidiaries have experienced in the last 18 months, operations and production have recently been centralized in a newly built facility. “We have more than tripled our footprint, and thankfully, with the option of an adjacent property, further growth and expansion can continue,” says Park.
